Student Council
Our OJMS Student Council, led by advisors Danielle Luce and Julie Keson, is comprised of 6th, 7th and 8th grade students who represent their grade level and facilitate events for the student body in order to give back to the community and bring our own school community together. Each year, the Student Council leads a "Pennies for Patients" Drive that raises funds for the Childhood Cancer Campaign of Ludington. The council also facilitates our very successful "Beat the Blahs" charity week each February. They create fun competitions and an engaging assembly to end the week for our students. The winning grade level selects the local charities to receive the money raised throughout the week.
